A short biography to disclose my motivations

Portrait photo

I'm a software developer with deep experience in web infrastructure, LLM systems, and machine learning applications. My work spans building cloud-native systems for enterprises, optimizing inference performance, and exploring how neural networks learn to encode information.

I've worked as an engineer at Fast Retailing, Moneyforward, GMO Internet Group, SoftBank, etc. — roles that taught me to ship fast, optimize relentlessly, and communicate clearly across teams.

As a model team lead in a LLM competition, I drove our team to 1st place by managing distributed training at scale (3 nodes in preliminary round & 8 nodes in final round, H100s) while balancing exploration and solid results.

In my Master's research, I explore episodic memory through neural networks — building spiking neural network capable of utilizing dynamic neural oscillations. I have also co-researched on multi-agent systems and how LLMs can be prompted to embody consistent personas.

I'm drawn to problems that require depth in systems thinking, rigorous communication, and collaborative execution. In a world where AI agents write code reliably, my edge is situational awareness, team coordination, and the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear narratives. I want to build products and systems that matter.
